Zoning Hearing Board
The Hearing Board meets on an “as-needed” basis in the Union Township office. Meetings are advertised two weeks in advance in the local newspapers as well as on public bulletin boards. They are open to the public, and as with the Supervisors’ meeting, all comments and suggestions are welcome during the “public comment” portion of the meeting agenda. The Zoning Hearing Board’s ruling is the rule set forth for the project at hand. Changes can only be made to the Zoning Hearing Board’s decision by an appeal made to the Court.
